The resort has every amenity you could wish for including: a fabulous historic restaurant, pool side bar, large heated pool (when necessary), children's pool, beach towels, beach chairs, bike rentals, tennis courts, jogging trail and, of course, nothing beats a brisk walk along the sandy Gulf of Mexico beach in the early morning.  There are no beach obstructions along the Gulf for some 14 miles, and the Gulf is always warm with low waves.

Now you can rent directly from the owner and save. Rent two weeks and save nearly $100 per day.  Rent one week and save $425. 

The condo was totally rehabbed and refurnished in November 2005 so everything is new. The condo sits about 100' from the beach with no obstructions. There is a large living room that looks directly into the Gulf of Mexico.  The porch is screened so you can sit and watch the fascinating sun slide behind the Gulf.  The master bedroom has a tiled bathroom that is wonderfully decorated and has hair dryer and large mirrors. The second bedroom has twin beds and a large closet.  In the hall is a closet for the washer dryer and a guest bathroom.  The kitchen is fully equipped and has a pass through bar to the dining room. Six persons can comfortably sit at the dining room table.  Of course, there is cable TV, movie rental and a DVD player.  Plus 24 hour fax service, New York Times & Wall Street Journal. Rates:  The resort rentals are managed by Hilton Grand Vacations but you can rent these weeks directly from an owner at a substantial reduction.  The weekly rate for Casa Ybel during week 20 and 21 is $2,680.65 plus 11% bed tax for a total of $2,975.52 per week or $425 per day.

Rent Directly From Owner:

Rent or purchase two weeks and receive a discount of 15%.

Timing:  Occupancy since opening in 1980's has been in excess of 92%. 

Payment:  Upon receipt of a 50% deposit we email the reservation office and copy you assigning that time period to you.  We suggest that you call the reservation office to confirm.  Then 60 days before vacation date the balance is due.
