Wiz Biz Solutions is a privately held corporation involved in real estate, financial services and technology. 

During this economic downturn the company has ceased developing any new real estate projects but continues to look for opportunities, especially joint ventures, in anticipation of the eventual and strong turn around. All of its properties are held free and clear so the depression is having little affect upon the company. 

In Pennsylvania and the surrounding states the company  is particpating in the natural gas play - Marcellus Shale.  This may be the largest natural gas discvoery in the world. The company has formed two corporations to activlely particpate in this discovery;  Marcellus Gas Leasing Corp. and Marcellus Food Services. 

Marcellus Gas Leasing assist property owners to use the ethical services of the licensed real estate community - Realtors - to assist them through the maze of bonus payments and royality fee.

Marcellus Food Services provides on site food and shuttle services to roughtnecks at the drill sites.

The company was founded in 1969 and was re-incorporated as Wiz Biz Solutions in 1986, shortly after relocating to booming Southwest Florida.  It was headquarter on Sanibel Island, for a time, and recently moved back to Western Pennsylvania after operating successfully in the Florida market for nearly 25 years. 

In 40 years of business the company and no affiliate have ever had a real estate project or financial entity fail, filed for bankruptcy, been sued for bad debts or failed to earn a profit. The corporation advances methodically and with great caution.

The financial division continues to buy seller financed mortgages, notes and other income streams in a program called CASH NOW.  Parties that hold notes and receive monthly payments may wish to sell their notes for a one lump sum cash payout.  More details...

The principals have funded three non profits. The closed Native American Arts Association and Community Housing Partners in Fort Myers, Florida the latter provided affordable housing. 

Most recently the principals funded and formed SAVE YOUR HOME®, a 501(c)(3) not for profit corporation dedicated to assisting homeowners avoid tax and mortgage foreclosures.  Services are provided at no cost to the homeowner. More details...
